LOCHLAN WARD

TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective date: 27 September 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between:

WARD GROUP REALTY PTY LTD (ABN 35 696 341 134), the operator of the Street MBA brand and website (“Street MBA”, “we”, “us” or “our”); and

each person who visits our website, contacts us or otherwise views or uses our content (“you” or “your”).

These Terms apply to www.streetmba.media, our published show content and our public social-media channels, collectively the “Services”.

2. Acceptance

You accept these Terms when you access or use the Services. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services.

3. The Street MBA show

Street MBA is a business education show. We interview founders, operators, investors and self-made people and publish those interviews for general information, education and entertainment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the views expressed by guests and interviewees are their own and not ours. An appearance on the show is not an endorsement by Street MBA of a person, business, product, investment or opportunity.

4. No financial or professional advice

The Services are a media and education service. They do not provide financial product advice, personal investment advice or another regulated financial, legal, taxation, accounting, medical, employment, insurance or professional service.

Unless an appropriately authorised person expressly states otherwise and gives all legally required disclosures, material concerning businesses, shares, markets, digital assets, interest rates, economics or opportunities that appears in our content is provided only as general information and commentary. It:

  • does not take account of your objectives, financial situation or needs;
  • is not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or deal in any product;
  • is not a trade signal, price target, offer or solicitation;
  • may be incomplete or become outdated; and
  • does not replace advice from an appropriately licensed professional.

Investing and operating a business involve risk. Prices, laws and economic conditions can change, and you may lose money committed to an investment or business decision. Your decisions remain your responsibility.

5. Intellectual property

Street MBA and its licensors retain all rights in the Street MBA name, branding and logos, website design and copy, videos, audio, graphics and other material created or commissioned by us.

You may view, share links to and discuss our content. You may not, without written permission:

  • reproduce or distribute substantial parts of our material;
  • sell, sublicense or commercially republish it;
  • remove ownership notices;
  • scrape or systematically extract it; or
  • use it to train a model or dataset.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under copyright law, including lawful fair dealing.

6. Acceptable use

When you use the Services, including any contact forms or public comment features, you must not:

  • breach any law or infringe another person’s rights;
  • publish defamatory, deceptive, obscene, exploitative, harassing or unlawful material;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, results or affiliations;
  • send spam or repeated unsolicited commercial approaches;
  • upload malware or interfere with the security or operation of the Services; or
  • assist another person to do any of these things.

We may moderate, remove or refuse content where reasonably necessary to protect our audience, guests, partners or the integrity of the Services.

7. Third-party platforms

The show is published on third-party platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. When you use those platforms you may also be subject to their lawful terms and privacy notices.

We are not responsible for independent third-party platforms, products or statements merely because they are linked or mentioned. This does not remove any responsibility Street MBA has under law.

8. External links

Our content may link to third-party websites, businesses or resources. Those third parties operate independently, and we do not guarantee their content, products or practices. Review their terms before relying on them.

9. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend or remove parts of the Services at any time. No online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. We will take reasonable steps to address material problems within our control.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

11. Liability

This section is subject to section 10 and applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Except for rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, Street MBA is not liable for:

  • decisions you make based on general information in our content;
  • statements, products or conduct of guests or third parties;
  • your misuse of the Services; or
  • special, indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, secure and retain personal information. It applies whenever you use the Services.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, legal requirements or reasonable operational improvements. The effective date at the beginning identifies the current version. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.

14. Complaints

Contact us first at hello@streetmba.media with a description of the issue, relevant dates and the outcome you are seeking.

We will review the matter in good faith and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights under the Australian Consumer Law or making a report to an appropriate regulator.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws. Subject to any right to use another competent court or tribunal, the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and courts hearing appeals from them.
